With our Basic Plan, you make ONE Up-Front Payment of £350. We give you an Online Valuation and discuss with you the market value to agree on the figure that you are happy with.
We will erect a 'For Sale' sign outside your property. You will take your own photos and send them to us via email or WhatsApp. We will then market your property on all our platforms.
We offer full support from 10am to 4pm 5 days a week.
Your property will continue to be advertised with us until it is sold.
With our Premium Plan, we come out to your property at your convenience and do a personal valuation and discuss with you the market value to agree on the figure that you are happy with moving forward. We take the professional photos so you do not have to worry about them.
We will erect a 'For Sale' sign outside your property. We will market your property on all our platforms. We will negotiate all offers on your behalf giving you full support from 10am to 4pm 5 days a week.

With our Superior Plan, we come out to your property at your convenience and do a personal valuation and discuss with you the market value to agree on the figure that you are happy with moving forward. We do all the professional photography so you do not have to worry about it. We will build you an online brochure for people to download. You will get a Zoopla Premium Listing which will reach tens of thousands of potential buyers. We will take care of all your bookings and organise fully accompanied viewings always at your convenience.

We will negotiate all offers on your behalf, instructing solicitors once a buyer is found and keep you notified on the sales progression and giving you full support from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week.
